10 Inflammation-Busting Foods You Should Be Eating


Inflammation is the reason for joint pain, heart issues and overall swelling in the body.  Healthy foods are a great start to reducing inflammation to feel better and healthier.

1.  Dark Leafy Greens

Dark leafy greens, including spinach, brussel sprouts, kale, broccoli and collard greens are vegetables you should incorporate into your diet. They are great at protecting the body from cytokines that cause inflammation.
